We have handled public partner partnerships, purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, financing documents, ground leases, reciprocal easement agreements, stand-alone leases, access and other easements, property licenses, condemnation-related issues, landlord tenant disputes, comprehensive lease abstracts, title review, survey matters, and other transaction documentation.
Our transactional experience spans a broad range of commercial real estate markets, including office, multi-family, industrial, mixed-use, datacenters, manufacturing, and gaming. We regularly manage and review environmental assessment and reports, such as Phase One and Two reports, testing and analysis programs, and various approvals from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. We also represent clients seeking Cook County property special assessment incentives under the 6b and other related programs.
