About Hannah Saed
Hannah Saed focuses her practice on zoning, land use, and municipal law. She counsels local governments on a wide range of topics including zoning, governance, and statutory compliance related to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act and Illinois Open Meetings Act. She also represents real estate property owners and developers on zoning and land use matters across Chicagoland. The duality of her practice provides her clients with perspectives from both the public and private sectors.
Hannah has experience drafting legislation, zoning, and other development approvals, as well as drafting and negotiating intergovernmental and professional service agreements.
Hannah has previously worked in real estate private equity, affordable housing development, and real estate valuations. Hannah volunteered with the Coalition for Property Tax Justice during her time at Chicago-Kent.
