Kelsea Neal Nolot practices zoning, land use, and municipal law, advising public and private sector clients on an array of local government and real estate development matters, including land use regulation, statutory compliance, and regulatory matters.
Her experience includes zoning, licensing, governance, contractual matters, and statutory compliance, including the Illinois Freedom of Information Act and the Illinois Open Meetings Act.
Before her legal career, Kelsea worked with global architectural and construction firms as a business development and marketing strategist, pursuing new opportunities with institutional, private development, corporate, government, and P3 clients. She also worked for several years on state and federal campaigns and elections.
