About Kevin J. McDermott

Kevin J. McDermott is a Paralegal at Elrod Friedman LLP. He provides extensive transactional support on all types of real estate transactional matters. He conducts real estate and tax research, and prepares property tax exemption and tax division applications. Kevin also assists in conducting tract searches, obtaining and reviewing title and title commitments, recording real estate documents, and preparing real estate transfer declarations. He has experience in researching municipal code requirements, conducting zoning compliance analyses and reviewing Freedom of Information Act requests. Kevin has extensive experience managing the firms court filings in both federal and state courts, and managing the firm’s docket calendar.
