About Lisa Starcevich
Lisa Starcevich focuses her practice on a wide range of commercial and public sector real estate transactions, including acquisitions, developments, dispositions, and leasing. With over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, she ensures every transaction is executed with precision and efficiency.
Before joining Elrod Friedman, Lisa served as Senior Vice President and Assistant Secretary at Duke Realty Corporation. In this capacity, she was the primary transactional attorney for Midwest Region. Her responsibilities included overseeing all aspects of real estate transactions and ownership, such as acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, and management of both improved and unimproved properties. Her experience extends to drafting and negotiating various agreements, including consulting agreements, software licensing agreements, outsourcing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, commission agreements and event agreements.
Lisa’s approach is practical, proactive and tailored to meet the unique needs of the Firm’s public and private sector clients.
