About Lisa Starcevich
Lisa Starcevich focuses her practice on a wide range of commercial and public sector real estate transactions, including acquisitions, developments, dispositions, and leasing. With over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her practice.
Prior to joining Elrod Friedman, Lisa held the position of senior vice president and assistant secretary at Duke Realty Corporation. In this capacity, she served as the primary transactional attorney for the company in the Midwest Region. Her responsibilities included overseeing all aspects of real estate transactions and ownership, such as acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, and management of both improved and unimproved properties. Lisa also drafted and negotiated various agreements, including consulting agreements, software licensing agreements, outsourcing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, commission agreements and event agreements.
